Delphi Day Tour

Tour Duration: 10 Hours

The Full Day Delphi Tour will start from Athens City and will last approximately 10 hours. Departing in the morning our journey will begin via the National highway to Delphi.

On our way to Delphi we will pass through the towns of Thebes, Levadia and Arachova where we will make a short stop. In ancient times Delphi was known as the navel of the world. Arriving at Delphi we will visit the temple of Apollo and the Museum of Delphi.

The Museum of Delphi has a variety of spectacular ancient findings, including the bronze Charioteer, the Naxian Sphinx, and the Statue of Antinoos. After our visit to the archaeological sites we will have lunch and then begin our journey back to Athens.

On our way to Athens we will pass through the Village of Arachova to see its spectacular view as it is built on the South Slopes of Mount Parnassus, and it is known for its hand-woven carpets, rugs, and its famous wine and cheese.
